White chocolate mousse with crushed Mini Eggs

The perfect easy recipe to cook with the kids at Easter. Scrumptious white chocolate mousse topped with crushed mini eggs is sure to delight (and use up mini eggs the Easter bunny has brought)

Ingredients

  • white chocolate 200g
  • crème fraîche 200ml
  • double cream 200ml
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs crushed, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over, not in, a pan of boiling water. Be very gentle with the heat as white chocolate can seize easily.

  • Step 2

    Take off the heat and cool a little. Stir in the crème fraîche and cream and mix together until velvety smooth.

    Pour into 6 little glasses and chill in the fridge for an hour. Scatter over the crushed mini eggs just before serving.
