Ingredients

  • 4 heaped tsp jasmine tea
  • 100g golden caster sugar
  • 15g mint leaves
  •  500ml boiled water

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix the jasmine tea, golden caster sugar and mint leaves with the boiled water and steep for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain and cool.
    Churn in an ice-cream machine following the manufacturer’s instructions then pour into a container and freeze for 20 minutes before serving. Or freeze in a container, stirring every few hours. Allow to soften before serving.
