What are goji berries?

Goji berries are dried berries originating in China that have a sweet and sour flavour. They are considered a ‘superfood’ due to the high levels of vitamins and antioxidants they contain. They come dried and can be eaten as they are, as well as used in sweet and savoury recipes.
