Paloma champagne cocktail recipe

  • 25ml blanco tequila
  • 50ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 12.5ml lime juice
  • champagne or dry sparkling wine
    to top up
  • grapefruit peel twist
    to garnish

Method

  • step 1

    Put the tequila, grapefruit juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well, then strain into a champagne flute and top up with champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
