Ellie Edwards is olive magazine’s editorial assistant and digital writer. She has been at olive since June 2016 after graduating with an MA in magazine journalism from Nottingham Trent University, having previously studied English Language at Newcastle University.
As well as managing olive’s social media channels, Ellie writes travel features, UK city guides and restaurant reviews, focusing on Indian and Italian food. You’ll find Ellie regularly conducting taste tests and supermarket awards, too.
Ellie has a particular passion for brunch, so she’s often finding the best places to eat pancakes, poached eggs and porridge across London.
