  • 600ml milk or unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana
    ripe
  • 1 date
    stone removed (optional)
  • a handful frozen berries

Method

  • step 1

    Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth. Transfer to a bottle and chill until ready to drink, or serve straight away with a cube of ice, if you like. This will keep in the fridge for two days, shake the bottle gently before serving.
