Peanut butter, banana and berry smoothie

A great way to use that jar of peanut butter, this vibrant berry smoothie calls for only the simplest of ingredients. Serve on ice for best results

  • milk or unsweetened almond or oat milk 600ml
  • smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • rolled oats 1 tbsp
  • banana 1 medium, ripe
  • date 1, stone removed (optional)
  • frozen berries a handful


  • Step 1

    Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth. Transfer to a bottle and chill until ready to drink, or serve straight away with a cube of ice, if you like. This will keep in the fridge for two days, shake the bottle gently before serving.
