How to make The Bingham’s Raspberry Mule cocktail: video

Learn how to make a super snazzy Raspberry Mule cocktail, designed by The Bingham. You'll need plenty of fresh raspberries, ginger beer and some aged golden rum for this one.

What you’ll need

fresh raspberries a handful

white sugar 2 tsp

lime 1/2, juiced

angostura bitters 3-4 dashes

golden rum 2 shots

ginger beer enough to half-fill a balloon glass

What to do

In a glass (not your serving glass), combine the raspberries and sugar then mash together. Add the bitters, lime juice and rum.

Prepare your serving glass by filling with ice. Add enough ginger beer to half-fill it. Add some ice to the original glass and shake vigorously.

Double strain the rum mix into your serving glass and mix. Garnish with extra raspberries, if desired.
