Rebujito recipe

  • 75ml fino or manzanilla sherry
  • 100ml 7 Up or Sprite
  • 1 sprig of mint

  • step 1

    Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Add the fino or manzanilla sherry and 7 Up or Sprite. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.
