Ingredients
- whole milk 300ml
- orange 1, zested
- dark chocolate 100g, chopped
- single cream 75ml
- spiced rum 2 shots (optional)
Method

Step 1
Gently heat the milk and orange zest in a pan until simmering. Take off the heat and leave to infuse for 5 minutes before straining out the zest.

Add the chocolate and leave for 2 minutes before stirring until melted and combined.

Step 3
Stir in the cream. Return to the heat to warm through, if needed, then pour into mugs and with the rum, if using.
