- 2 figs, plus an extra slice to garnish
- 30ml Frangelico
- chilled sparkling wine, for topping up
Method
- STEP 1
Blend the two figs with the Frangelico until smooth, then push the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the seeds and skins.
- STEP 2
Divide the mixture between two champagne flutes or coupe glasses and top up with with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a fig slice, if you like.
