Ingredients
- 450g soft vanilla ice cream
- 120ml double cream or full-fat milk
- 60ml whisky, Kahlua, Amarula or brandy
- grated chocolate or a Cadbury’s Flake
Method
- STEP 1
Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with chocolate or top with a Cadbury’s flake and serve.
