Ingredients

  • 450g soft vanilla ice cream
  • 120ml double cream or full-fat milk
  • 60ml whisky, Kahlua, Amarula or brandy
  • grated chocolate or a Cadbury’s Flake

Method

  • STEP 1

    Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with chocolate or top with a Cadbury’s flake and serve.
