Try this recipe for muesli with apples and blueberries, then check out our homemade muesli, bircher muesli and overnight oats.

Ingredients

  •  3tbsp rolled oats
  • 1tbsp sultanas
  • 1tbsp chopped nuts like almonds or hazelnuts
  •  4tbsp orange juice
  • 125ml plain yogurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 1tbsp clear honey
  • grated apple
  • a handful blueberries

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix the rolled oats, sultanas, chopped nuts, and orange juice. Leave the juice to soak in for a few minutes, then stir in the plain yogurt, milk and clear honey. Grate in an apple, then leave for another 15 minutes or more before topping with blueberries to eat.
