Ingredients
- watermelon 1 (about 1kg), skin removed and flesh chopped
- tequila 200ml
- grapefruit 3, juiced
- lime 3, juiced
- triple sec or Cointreau 4 tbsp
- ice to serve

Whizz the watermelon in a food processor or blender with the other ingredients. Strain into a jug then pour into ice-filled glasses.
