Ingredients
- ricotta 250g
- lemon ½, zested
- basil a handful of leaves, chopped
- Italian flatbreads 4
- parma ham 8 slices
- olive oil
Method

Step 1
Mix the ricotta, lemon and basil and season. Spread over the flatbreads then grill briefly until golden. Tear over the ham, add a little more basil and drizzle with olive oil.
