Ingredients

  • 250g ricotta
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • a handful of leaves basil, chopped
  • 4 Italian flatbreads
  • 8 slices parma ham
  • olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix the ricotta, lemon and basil and season. Spread over the flatbreads then grill briefly until golden. Tear over the ham, add a little more basil and drizzle with olive oil.
