Ingredients

  • 150ml elderflower cordial
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • a bunch mint

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mix the cordial and lemon juice with 1 litre water. Divide between bottles then add a few raspberries and mint leaves to each one. Chill until needed. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
