Halloumi pizzettes with caper and chilli dressing

Ingredients
- 300g ciabatta mix
- 250g block halloumi, very thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, very thinly sliced
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- ½ small clove garlic, crushed
- a handful parsley, chopped to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6. Make up the ciabatta mix and divide into 2.
Roll out into ovals and put them on a large baking sheet.
Divide the halloumi and red onion between them, season and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed. - STEP 2
Mix the rest of the ingredients with 2 tbsp olive oil and season. Spoon over the hot pizzettes before eating.
