Learn how to make Eelbrook's twist on the classic bramble cocktail. This is essentially a gin sour, usually with creme de mure floated on top. Eelbrook's version uses Chambord.
What you'll need
gin 50ml

lemon 50ml
sugar syrup 25ml
Chambord 5ml
blackberries to serve

orange slice to serve
What to do
Pour the first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake hard. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, then drizzle a small amount of Chambord over the top. Garnish with blackberries and a slice of orange.
