Pre-mixed and bottled cocktails are really trendy at the moment (and easy to drink!). Look for vintage bottles and add a pretty ribbon and label to complete the look.
blanco tequila 225ml
blood orange Cointreau 100ml,
(see notes below)
(a peaty one such as Laphroaig is good)
Bottlegreen pomegranate and elderflower cordial 100ml
cinnamon stick 1
whole cloves 2-3
orange peel 1 ribbon
Pour all the liquids into the bottle, put on the lid and shake gently to mix. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves and orange peel to the bottle, then seal and leave to infuse for up to 1 week. Serve over ice.
