Ingredients
- 2 heads butterhead lettuce, washed and separated
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1 celery stick, peeled into ribbons
- 1 long green pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp full fat yogurt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
- olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tbsp store-bought crunchy fried onions
Method
- STEP 1
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a serving bowl. Add the shallots, celery and pepper.
- STEP 2
Put the yogurt, sesame oil, lemon zest and juice, and honey in a jug, and whisk well. Pour the dressing over the lettuce leaves and toss lightly. Drizzle with the olive oil, sprinkle over the crunchy onions and serve.
