Ingredients
- sesame oil 2 tsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
- ginger 1cm piece, cut into match sticks
- garlic 1 clove, sliced
- onion 1, sliced into thin segments
- oil
- beef steak strips (or cut your own) 300g
- cashew nuts 1 handful
- chives 1 bunch, halved
- steamed rice to serve

Step 1
Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Fry the onion in a little oil for 2 minutes, add the beef strips, season well and stir for a minute. Add the soy mixture and stir-fry for another minute, then add the cashew nuts and chives. Stir and serve over rice.
