Ingredients

  • 150g penne
  • 100g spinach, roughly chopped
  • 100g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp single or cream
  • a handful walnut or halves, toasted and roughly chopped

Method

  • STEP 1

    Cook the penne following the pack instructions. Put the spinach in a colander and pour the pasta and cooking water over to wilt the spinach. Leave to drain.

  • STEP 2

    Mix the cheese, cream and walnuts with salt and lots of pepper then stir through the hot pasta and spinach.
