Ingredients

  • 50ml sake, see notes below
  • 1 tbsp yuzu juice
  • 75ml dry sparkling cider

Method

  • STEP 1

    Fill a tumbler or old fashioned glass with ice. Add the sake, yuzu juice and dry sparkling cider. Mix well before serving.
