  • 200ml whole milk
  • 100g white chocolate (the best quality you can find)
  • a dash of vanilla extract
  • 1 cardamom pod, crushed (optional)


  • white chocolate fingers, mini marshmallows, whipped cream


  • STEP 1

    Heat the milk and the cardamom pod, if using, in a pan until simmering. Add the chocolate and vanilla and take off the heat. Leave for 5 mins for the chocolate to melt, then fish out the cardamom and stir well to combine everything. Put it back over the heat for a couple of mins to warm up if needed, then serve garnished with white chocolate fingers, mini marshmallows and whipped cream.
