- 1 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 double shot of espresso
- 30ml caramel sauce
- 150-200ml heated textured milk
- 2-3 medium marshmallows or 1 very large one
- 1 cookie, crushed
- freeze-dried raspberry pieces or 1 fresh raspberry, to garnish
Method
- STEP 1
Smear the jam roughly around the inside of a 225–350ml mug so it shows strong flashes of red. Add your espresso and caramel sauce, then pour the milk into the mug.
- STEP 2
For that campfire feel, place 2–3 medium marshmallows or 1 very large one on a short skewer and lightly toast. Place the skewer on top of the mug and sprinkle with crushed cookie and dried raspberry pieces or a whole fresh raspberry.
