Champagne mojito recipe

Ingredients

• 4 mint leaves

• 2 drops of Angostura bitters

• 20ml rum

• 25ml lime juice

• 15ml sugar syrup (you can buy this or make it yourself)

• prosecco

  to top up

• step 1

  Pour all the ingredients, except the prosecco, into a mixing glass or shaker, put the lid on and shake.

• step 2

  Double-strain into a champagne flute and top up with prosecco.
