Ingredients

  • white sliced bread 4 slices
  • butter 10g
  • mozzarella di bufala 50g
  • jamón de bellota 40g
  • truffle oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread the slices of bread with butter and remove the crusts.

  • Step 2

    Cover two slices of bread with slices of mozzarella and fine slices of ham. Add top slices of bread and grill on both slices until crisp.

  • Step 3

    Brush with truffle oil, cut into four triangles and serve.
