Uyen Luu is a food photographer and food stylist. She grew up in Hackney, London after her family moved there as refugees in the 1980s. She launched a Vietnamese supper club in 2009 and still regularly hosts Vietnamese cookery classes. Her first book, My Vietnamese Kitchen, was published in 2013, and her second, Vietnamese: Simple Vietnamese food to cook at home in spring 2021.
