Chicory with walnuts and gorgonzola

A sweet and salty taste sensation! Make the most of seasonal ingredients with this autumnal salad packed with different textures and flavours



  • olive oil  2 tbsp
  • sherry vinegar 1 tbsp
  • honey 1 tbsp
  • chicory 3 heads
  • walnuts 4 tbsp, toasted and roughly chopped
  • gorgonzola 50g, broken into pieces
  • chives  handful, chopped


  • Step 1

    Whisk the olive oil, sherry vinegar, honey and season.

  • Step 2

    Divide 3 heads of chicory between 4 plates. scatter with the toasted and roughly chopped walnuts, gorgonzola and a few chopped chives. Drizzle over the dressing.
