Ingredients

  • white wine vinegar 3 tbsp
  • extra-virgin olive oil 6 tbsp
  • soft herbs such as parsley or chives 2 tbsp, chopped
  • chicory 3-4 heads, separated

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk the vinegar with some seasoning. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and herbs. Arrange the chicory on a large plate and drizzle over the dressing.
