Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp soft herbs such as parsley or chives, chopped
- 3-4 heads chicory, separated
Method
- STEP 1
Whisk the vinegar with some seasoning. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and herbs. Arrange the chicory on a large plate and drizzle over the dressing.
