Ingredients
- pineapple 1 ripe, peeled, cored and diced into bite-sized chunks
- lime 1, juiced
- chaat masala 2 tsp, see notes below
- dried chilli flakes 1 tsp
- sea salt ½ tsp
- coconut yogurt to serve (optional)

Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Serve with a little coconut yogurt, if you like.
Chaat masala is a spice mix typically made of dried mango powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried ginger and salt. We used the Shan brand available from Indian supermarkets.
