Ingredients
- spaghettini or spaghetti 150g
- garlic cloves 4, finely sliced
- red chilli 1, finely sliced
- shallots 5, finely sliced
- extra-virgin olive oil 50ml
- lemon 1, zest and juice
- flat-leaf parsley bunch, chopped
- white crabmeat 100g

Step 1
Cook 150g spaghettini or spaghetti following pack instructions.

Step 2
Gently cook garlic, red chilli and shallots in 50ml extra-virgin olive oil until aromatic. Add the zest and juice of 1 lemon and the chopped flat-leaf parsley, and fold 100g white crabmeat through on a gentle heat. Toss through the warm spaghettini, season and serve.
