Ingredients
- 1 kg baby new potatoes, halved if large
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- a small bunch chives, finely chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Boil the potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and toss with the potatoes when cool.
