Ingredients
- baby new potatoes 1 kg, halved if large
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
- shallots 4, finely chopped
- chives a small bunch, finely chopped

Boil the potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and toss with the potatoes when cool.
