Ingredients
- Charentais melon 1, ripe (you could use another orange-fleshed melon such as cantaloupe)
- prosciutto di parma or bayonne ham 6 slices

Step 1
Halve the melon, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and discard. Cut each melon half into several crescent-shaped slices and arrange on a plate with the ham.
