Try this recipe for kiwi and avocado ice lollies, then check out our kiwi smoothie, fruit salad and kiwi sorbet.

  • 1 ripe avocado
    cut into chunks
  • 2 kiwi fruits
    cut into chunks
  • 400ml coconut water
  • 1 lime
    juiced

Method

  • step 1

    Whizz all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into 8 lolly moulds. Fix the lid over the moulds, insert wooden lolly sticks and freeze until needed.
