Mix the dressing ingredients and leave while you make everything else.
Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water until just tender. Rinse under cold water then drain really well. Put in a bowl with the mushrooms, dill, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season and toss together.
Divide the asparagus and mushrooms between plates. Top with the crab and prawns. Scoop the garlic out of the dressing then spoon the dressing over the seafood. Finish with extra dill sprigs if you like.
