- breadcrumbs 50g
- basil a handful, chopped
- parmesan grated to make 2 tbsp
- olive oil
- salmon fillets 2
- salad to serve
Method

Step 1
Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Mix the breadcrumbs, basil, parmesan and 1 tbsp olive oil and season. Cover 2 salmon fillets in the mix. Bake for 10 minutes and serve with salad.
