Oysters grilled with garlic breadcrumbs

Ingredients
- 30g garlic butter
- 6 rock oysters, on the half shell
- 20g fine breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Method
- STEP 1
Place a piece of garlic butter on each oyster. Sprinkle over a pinch of breadcrumbs and place under a hot grill for a minute or so until the oysters are hot and the crumbs start taking colour. Arrange the oysters in a circle round a plate, with lemon wedges in the centre to squeeze over.
