Just 10 minutes is all it takes to make this shellfish dish. Ideal for a quick meal for one or make more to share with someone special. The crunchy garlic breadcrumbs mean all it needs is a squeeze of lemon.
Place a piece of garlic butter on each oyster. Sprinkle over a pinch of breadcrumbs and place under a hot grill for a minute or so until the oysters are hot and the crumbs start taking colour. Arrange the oysters in a circle round a plate, with lemon wedges in the centre to squeeze over.
