Ingredients
- 60ml Select Aperitivo
- 90ml sparkling wine
- a splash sparkling water
- fat green olives, to garnish
Method
- STEP 1
Pour the Select Aperitivo and sparkling wine into a wine glass or tumbler filled with ice. Add a splash of sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with a couple of fat green olives skewered on a toothpick.
