José Pizarro

Originally from Extremadura in Spain, José Pizarro has lived in London for more than 20 years. He worked at some of the capital’s top Spanish restaurants before opening José Tapas Bar on Bermondsey Street in 2011. He now oversees four restaurants. José is the author of five cookbooks; José Pizarro’s Seasonal Spanish Food, José Pizarro’s Spanish Flavours, Basque, Catalonia, Andalusia.
