interGin prides itself on being a true gin expert, with a well-stocked online gin shop, Gin magazine and resident ‘ginsarian’ (aka gin expert) who taste tests and researches every gin covered by the gin club. The Suffolk-based gin club 'with a splash' was launched in December 2019, prioritising high-quality gin but providing much more within the subscription too.

The gin club offers monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions and can be cancelled any time. The large box is generously stocked and a pleasure to open and unpack everything within. The highlight of the box is a full-sized bottle of genuine craft gin. Our box contains a striking 70cl bottle of Sixling cloudberry-infused Irish gin, a unique find that has wild berry, grapefruit and elderflower botanicals. This high-quality gin is a World Gin Awards winner, and we enjoy experimenting with it and the selection of generously sized, varied mixers the box contains. There’s also a mini sample of Edinburgh Gin’s lemon and jasmine gin.

The box comes with an accompanying letter outlining the contents, as well as a copy of Gin magazine – perfect for true enthusiasts. The one area the box falls down is the accompanying snack selection – while generous in quantity, our box includes jelly beans, a long-life chocolate croissant and Walkers gin tarts, which don’t quite match up to the quality of the gin and don’t seem to have a clear curated theme.

Overall, the real strength of the box is the gin, which almost comes to the value of the box itself. It’s a fun selection with an informative magazine for true gin enthusiasts and a chance to discover unusual new favourites.
