To celebrate the 325th anniversary of its distillery, Ketel One vodka is hosting a series of exclusive supper clubs at the historic Brunswick House.
The Nolet family has been producing iconic Ketel One vodka in Schiedam, Holland for 11 generations. Crafted in small batches in copper pot stills, the original still, Distilleer Ketel 1, is still used today and a member of the family still approves each run before bottling. Partnering with chef Jackson Boxer, they have worked together to develop a bespoke menu of family dishes inspired by Ketel One’s heritage which will be paired with Ketel One cocktails to bring people together in a celebration of family-style dining.
Grandson of Arabella, Jackson Boxer is from a long line of foodies himself, and his five-course menu will champion seasonal ingredients in modern twists on classic combinations. Dishes will include squid alla vodka with caviar, dry-aged brisket with horseradish panna cotta, and Alphonso mango with almond milk, rice and black sesame, with each course paired with a different Ketel One cocktail.
This exclusive supper club is a great opportunity to gather friends and family to enjoy a fantastic evening of food and drink, and at just £45 per person, it’s unmissable. Spaces are limited, so book quickly.
Wednesday 25th and Friday 27th May, 6:30pm-9pm
