Ingredients
- brussels sprouts 750g, trimmed
- garlic 1 clove, crushed
- sliced chorizo 70g, cut into strips
- olive oil
- flaked almonds 3 tbsp, toasted until golden
Method

Step 1
Steam the sprouts until just tender, about 5 minutes. fry the garlic and chorizo in 2 tbsp oil for a few minutes until crisp. stir through the sprouts then put in a warm dish and sprinkle with the almonds.
