  • white chocolate 200g
  • double cream 284ml carton
  • Cointreau 1 tbsp
  • orange juice 1 tbsp
  • orange zest a grating
  • raspberries 150g


  • Step 1

    Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, then cool slightly. Pour in the cream, cointreau, orange juice and zest and beat with an electric whisk until smooth and thickened. Fold in the raspberries, spoon into small glasses or cups, and chill.
