Ingredients

  • flat mushrooms 12 large
  • streaky bacon 12 rashers
  • watercress to serve
  • wooden skewers soaked for 20 minutes

Method

  • Step 1

    Wrap each mushroom in streaky bacon and secure with a skewer. Rub all over with olive oil and season well. BBQ for 3-4 minutes until bacon is crisp and golden and mushrooms tender.
