Chorizo, rocket and red pepper rolls

These canapés are really quick and easy but still look stylish on the plate. Chroizo is a clever way to impart a lot of flavour with little effort.



  • chargrilled or marinated red pepper 6 large pieces
  • chorizo 6 thin slices
  • rocket 1 handful
  • goat’s cheese 1 small log, cut into 6 slices


  • Step 1

    Lay the pepper pieces on a work surface and cover each with a slice of chorizo. Lay a couple of rocket leaves on top followed by a slice of goat’s cheese.

  • Step 2

    Roll up and secure with 2 cocktail sticks, one at each end. Slice in half, to make two pinwheels.
