Garlic and lemon greens

Tenderstem broccoli and greens are lightly blanched and then cooked in butter with garlic and lemon. The perfect accompaniment to a pork roast.



  • butter 50g
  • garlic 2 cloves, sliced
  • lemon 1, juiced and zested
  • greens 400g, blanched and cooled
  • tenderstem broccoli 400g, blanched and cooled


  • Step 1

    Heat the butter in a large pan and cook the garlic until softened.

    Tip in the lemon juice, zest and veg and heat through. Season.
