Persimon has long been a key part of Spanish cuisine, thanks to its unusual and delicate flavour – not too far from a peach, or a mango, but with a distinctive taste that’s all of its own. It’s a product with a Protected Denomination Origin – meaning every Spanish Persimon you eat has been grown in the Ribera Del Xuquer Valley, near Valencia, in the soils that have nursed it for thousands of years.
To celebrate the tradition of this uniquely delicious fruit, the people at Spanish Persimon are giving you the chance to enjoy a sumptuous Spanish banquet at London’s Jose Pizarro to a value of £150 and a luxury stay in London at Malmaison.
