Ingredients
- Bulleit Rye infused with pickling spices 50ml
- puréed gherkin juice 10ml
- blood orange marmalade 3 tsp
- grenadine 2.5ml
- lemon juice 15ml

Step 1
Put all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard until the tin frosts. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and serve. You can also dust the rim with the spice rum, if you like.
