Ingredients

  • infused with pickling spices 50ml Bulleit Rye
  •  10ml puréed gherkin juice
  • 3 tsp blood orange marmalade
  • 2.5ml grenadine
  •  15ml  lemon juice

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard until the tin frosts. Strain into a chilled coupette glass and serve. You can also dust the rim with the spice rum, if you like.
