what you will need

Great King St whisky 40ml


Cocchi sweet vermouth 30ml

Campari 25ml

beetroot juice 10ml


ginger to serve

grapefruit zest to serve


what to do

Pour the first 4 ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir to dilute to taste. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, rub fresh ginger around the rim of the glass and garnish with a fresh slice of ginger and a grapefruit zest.
