How to make Brasserie Gustave’s champagne cocktail

Learn how to make your very own Brasserie Gustave champagne cocktail. Warning: do not try opening champagne like this at home!

What you’ll need

brown sugar 1 cube


angostura bitters enough to soak the sugar

cognac VSOP 20-25ml

champagne to top up

What to do

Soak the brown sugar cube in angostura bitters then add to a champagne flute. Top up with the cognac, and fill to the brim with champagne.
